Five tiers of exclusivity, real cashback, a dedicated account manager, and benefits that grow with you. Here, loyalty gets rewarded for real.
The five levels
Each tier unlocks greater rewards. You level up automatically as you play.
How level progression works
One of the things our players love most about the 79qq VIP Program is how simple it is: no sign-up required, no upgrade requests, nothing to remember. The more you bet — whether on football, live casino, slots, or volleyball and e-sports — the more points you accumulate automatically.
Every R$ 1.00 wagered earns VIP points. Once you accumulate enough points to reach the next level, the upgrade happens that same day. Your new benefits — higher cashback, extra free spins, a dedicated account manager — become available in your account immediately, with no red tape.
Cashback is credited every week, every Monday, directly to your balance. No rollover required before withdrawing — it lands as free funds you can use to play or cash out via Pix whenever you like.
Real benefits
Benefits built for real players — no fine print, no hidden conditions.
Every Monday your cashback lands in your balance — no request needed. From 5% at Bronze to 20% at Diamond, calculated on your net weekly losses.
From Gold level up, you have a personal manager available via WhatsApp and chat. They handle everything — withdrawals, bonuses, questions — no waiting in line.
VIP members get priority in the withdrawal queue. At Diamond, unlimited withdrawals with zero wait time, 24 hours a day, including holidays.
Weekly Free Spins on selected games starting from the Silver tier. Diamond members receive personalized bonus packages every week.
Invitations to closed tournaments — exclusive to members at the corresponding level. Prize money paid in BRL, with no prize pool shared with casual players.
The higher your VIP level, the higher your bet limits across all games — slots, live casino, football, volleyball, and e-sports.
Starting from Gold, receive monthly gifts — which may include bonus balance, double free spins, and physical prizes for Diamond members.
VIP members are the first to hear about new games, promotions, and features at 79qq — before the general public.
Diamond members get access to enhanced odds on selected football, volleyball, MMA, and E-sports matches — lower margins, more money back.
Real cashback
The 79qq VIP cashback works differently from most platforms out there. No tricks, no cashback rollover, no hidden conditions. If you lost R$ 500.00 in a week and you're at the Gold level, you get R$ 60.00 back on Monday, ready to play or withdraw immediately via Pix.
The calculation is straightforward: we take your net losses for the week — after deducting withdrawals and bonuses used — and apply the percentage for your level. The amount lands directly in your balance. No action needed on your end, no claims to file, no tickets to open. It's fully automatic.
For Diamond players who wager higher volumes, the 20% cashback makes a real difference to your gaming budget. Picture a full week of football across Brasileirão, Libertadores, and Copa do Brasil — then getting 20% of your losses back every Monday. That changes the game.
Cashback with no rollover: you receive the cashback as free balance. Use it to play or withdraw instantly via Pix — no additional conditions.

Who's already in the VIP
Real stories from Brazilian players who are part of the 79qq VIP Program.
The 20% cashback I get every Monday makes a real difference to my bankroll. Before joining Diamond, I was betting on football with no safety net at all. Now, if a rough week of Brasileirão hits, at least 20% comes back to me. That lets me bet more consistently.
Having a VIP manager on WhatsApp sounded like a gimmick when I first read about it. That changes fast when you need a larger withdrawal and your manager handles it in 10 minutes — no support ticket, no waiting on an email reply. The service at 79qq at the Platinum level is well above average.
I reached Gold playing slots and Live Casino. The 200 free spins every week are great, but what I appreciated most was the cashback transparency. Last Monday I received R$ 420.00 in cashback without asking for anything — it just landed in my balance. That built instant trust in the platform.
Responsibility comes first
79qq created the VIP Program to reward players who are already part of our community — not to encourage you to bet beyond what's comfortable. The cashback, bonuses, and perks are here to make the experience more enjoyable and fair, never to pressure you into playing more than you planned.
Regardless of your VIP level, you always have full access to Responsible Gambling tools: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, time alerts, reality check mode, and self-exclusion. Your VIP manager is also available to help you set up these controls — not just to handle withdrawals.
Our position is clear: if gambling stops feeling like fun, reach out to our support team or visit the Responsible Gambling page. A VIP level can be paused or reset at any time upon your request — no penalties, no unnecessary questions.
Your gaming data, betting history, and personal information used to calculate VIP points are treated with complete confidentiality, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). 79qq never sells or shares this data with third parties. Your VIP points history is accessible only to you, within your account.
