Terms and Conditions 79qq — General Platform Usage Rules

By creating a 79qq account, accessing the platform, or using any available service — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, or any other product — the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not create an account or use 79qq's services.

To use the 79qq platform, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete;
• Be a resident of Brazil and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Not be legally or judicially prohibited from participating in gambling or Sports Betting;
• Not be an employee, former employee, or close family member of an employee of 79qq or any of its direct partners;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform.

79qq reserves the right to request proof of any of these conditions at any time. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all pending bonus balances. Deposited real funds that have not been used will be returned to the user via the same payment method used in the original deposit, following review.

Registration on 79qq is free and personal. Each user may only have a single active account on the platform. Creating accounts in someone else's name, under a pseudonym, or with false information is prohibited. All details provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date — including full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and contact information.

By creating an account, the user is responsible for:

• Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with anyone;
• Immediately notify 79qq by email (contato@79qq.best) in the event of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise;
• Keep your registration details up to date — especially your email address and Pix key for withdrawals;
• Do not use your account for commercial purposes, such as reselling odds or systematic large-scale arbitrage.

79qq may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), CPF, proof of address dated within the last 90 days, and a selfie with your document. Accounts that do not complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the process is complete. This does not affect any real balance already deposited.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months with no financial activity or betting of any kind may be flagged as inactive. The user will be notified by email before any action is taken. Real balances in inactive accounts are preserved in accordance with current Brazilian law.

79qq exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods. The available methods are: Pix (recommended — funds available in up to 2 minutes), boleto bancário (processed within 1 business day), credit and debit card from the Visa, Mastercard, and Elo networks, PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED transfer from any Brazilian bank, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and other institutions.

General deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves — third-party deposits are not accepted;
• 79qq does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or foreign payment methods;
• Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties will be rejected and returned after review;
• If you notice a deposit you did not authorize, contact us immediately at contato@79qq.best.

Deposits used for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any fraudulent practice will be blocked, reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be permanently closed. 79qq cooperates fully with Brazilian authorities in investigations related to suspicious financial activity.

Withdrawals at 79qq are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. The withdrawal system is automated and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The average processing time is under 4 minutes from the moment of request.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00;
• The Pix key must be registered under the same name as the 79qq account holder;
• Withdrawals above certain amounts may require prior identity verification (KYC);
• We charge no fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount you receive;
• Only your real balance (not bonus funds) is available for immediate withdrawal — bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn.

79qq may temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review in situations including: the account's first withdrawal, KYC inconsistencies, suspected fraudulent activity, or irregular betting patterns detected by the system. In all such cases, the user will be notified by email within 24 hours with the reason and next steps. Real balance funds are never confiscated without a well-founded justification.

79qq offers Sports Betting across more than 20 modalities, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and European leagues), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), and more. All bets are placed at fixed odds set at the time of placement.

Core betting rules:

• Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per transaction;
• Once confirmed by the system, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user — except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that market;
• Bets placed after an event has started (live bets) are valid only if the system confirms acceptance within the live market conditions;
• 79qq reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or for certain users based on risk management criteria;
• Multi-selection bets (parlays) have their final odds calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection — all selections must win for the bet to be paid out.

Events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed will have bets voided and stakes returned to the real balance. Events postponed by less than 48 hours will keep bets valid, unless otherwise indicated for that specific market. Settlement rules for each sport are available in the platform's help section.

The 79qq casino section includes a Live Casino with real dealers streamed in real time (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), slots from internationally certified providers, and crash games such as Aviator and JetX. All games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits.

General casino rules:

• Minimum bet in casino games: R$ 2.00;
• Slots and crash game outcomes are determined by certified RNG — 79qq does not interfere with results;
• The live casino uses real dealers. In the event of a technical failure during a live round, the round is voided and the staked amount is returned;
• Progressive jackpots have their own rules set by the game provider — check the specific conditions within the game before participating;
• Casino games may have restricted contribution rates toward bonus rollovers — check the terms of each promotion.

79qq is not responsible for live stream interruptions caused by the user's connection issues. In the event of a platform-side disconnection during an in-play round already underway, the result recorded on 79qq's servers stands as final. 79qq offers regular promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bets, free spins, and tournaments with real-money prizes. Each promotion has specific conditions published on the Promotions page, but the general rules below apply to all of them.

General bonus and promotion rules:

• The welcome bonus (100% up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit) has a 5x rollover — you must wager the bonus amount 5 times on bets with odds of 1.50 or higher to release the balance for withdrawal;
• The weekly cashback has a 1x rollover — wager the cashback amount once on bets with odds of 1.40 or higher to release it for withdrawal;
• Free bets: only the net profit is converted into real money — the free bet stake itself is not included in the payout. Free bets are valid for 7 days after being credited;
• Welcome bonuses and reload bonuses cannot be combined — only one per deposit;
• The bonus balance appears separately from your real balance in the account dashboard. Withdrawals are only available from the real balance after the rollover requirement has been met.

79qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, giving participating users as much advance notice as possible. Promotions with a set end date close automatically at the indicated date and time — no extensions.

The 79qq VIP Program is available by invitation or automatic eligibility based on betting volume and platform usage frequency. VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — offer progressive benefits, including elevated cashback (up to 15% on weekly losses), higher withdrawal limits, a dedicated account manager, and exclusive promotions.

VIP Program Terms:

• Eligibility and maintenance of each VIP tier is based on betting volume over the previous 30 days — specific criteria are available on the VIP Program page;
• 79qq reserves the right to downgrade the VIP level of users who do not maintain the minimum volume required for their current tier;
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be passed on to third parties;
• Your VIP account manager is available via direct chat and email during the hours communicated to the eligible user;
• 79qq may terminate the VIP Program or modify its conditions with 30 days' prior notice.

79qq takes Responsible Gambling seriously and provides tools that put control in the user's hands. Betting should be an entertainment activity — a natural extension of the enjoyment of following football, e-sports, or any other sport. When it stops being that, resources are available.

Responsible Gambling tools available to all users:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit — any decrease takes effect immediately, while any increase only applies after 7 days;
• Session time alert: receive a notification when you have been logged in longer than the limit you set;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account block for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months — with no possibility of reopening before the period ends;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of reopening. Real balance is returned via Pix after verification.

79qq continuously monitors account activity to ensure platform integrity and a fair experience for all users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate sanctions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (multi-accounting);
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to place bets;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate results or artificially accumulate bonuses;
• Systematic odds arbitrage with the sole intent of profiting from pricing errors;
• Use of insider information to place bets on sports or e-sports events;
• Any attempt to defraud the payment systems, including unwarranted chargebacks after using the account balance;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.

In the event of an identified violation, 79qq may preventively suspend the account for review (with notice to the user within 24 hours), cancel all bonus balances and winnings originating from the irregular conduct, and permanently close the account. Real deposit balances not implicated in the irregular conduct will be returned after review.

79qq employs robust technological infrastructure to ensure platform availability and stability. However, 100% uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) or unexpected technical failures.

79qq is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect information provided by the user;
• User-side internet connection failures during a live casino session or live betting;
• Betting decisions based on analysis, predictions, or tips obtained outside the platform;
• Delays in deposits via boleto or TED caused by third parties (banks and financial institutions);
• Losses on bets placed regularly and within the rules — the outcome of any bet is inherently unpredictable and losses are a real possibility.

In the event of a technical failure resulting in incorrect bets or transactions on the platform's end, 79qq will investigate the case within 5 business days and correct any losses to the user caused solely by platform error. The process must be initiated by the user via email at contato@79qq.best, with as much detail as possible about the incident.

79qq may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or platform improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to the user at their registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page at https://79qq.best/terms-conditions, with the update date shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use the platform after the effective date of the new terms, the user confirms their agreement to the changes.

If a user disagrees with a Terms update, they must close their account before the effective date of the change by requesting a withdrawal of any available real balance. 79qq guarantees withdrawal processing even during account closure due to disagreement with the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular Law No. 13,756/2018 (fixed-odds betting market), Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), and the Brazilian Central Bank regulations on instant payments (Pix). Any disputes shall be submitted to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
